Happy 90th Birthday Maestro Giuranna!

Today we are celebrating the anniversary of our Professor, one of the legendary exponents of the viola performance in Italy and all over the world. A musician of rare refinement and interpretive depth, he stood at the origins of the Accademia Stauffer since 1985 and brought up several generations of viola players, who are now enjoying international careers on the most prestigious world venues. His artistic intuition, attention to details and incredible energy encourage more and more young musicians who come to study with him every year from all over the globe.

We express our infinite gratitude to Maestro and wish him health, happiness – and, as always, a lot of great music!
