Congratulations to Eva Brockhaus, former student of Maestro Franco Petracchi at the Stauffer Academy, on winning the third prize at the International Bottesini Competition!

The Stauffer Foundation has renewed its support to the Bottesini Competition, whose ninth edition has just concluded with great success in terms of both the number and quality of the participants. As part of this collaboration, the Stauffer Academy hosted a day of masterclasses led by Luis Cabrera, Thierry Barbé and Gary Karr — members of the Jury and internationally acclaimed double bassists.
